Delighting your loved ones (or yourself) in France has never been easier. We’ve delivered over 1 million bouquets already, so rest assured: you’re in good hands! You can easily send your gifts everywhere in France (Corsica included), and have them delivered in a 2h time slot, Monday through Saturday. Same day delivery is also available in Paris and its inner suburbs. On top of that, we recently launched a selection of products at very reasonable prices (from 29.90€), so you’re sure to start the year with a smile.

What if I already placed an order for later this year, when the website won’t exist anymore?
If you’ve placed an order on Bloom & Wild France for later this year, our Customer Service will get in touch with you to offer you to change the date of delivery or to get a refund.
What about my ongoing subscription?
As bloomandwild.fr is going to disappear, our Customer Service will get in touch with you to let you know your subscription is going to stop.
Can I use my remaining credit on Bergamotte?
If you have credit left on your french account, we can turn it into a gift card available on Bergamotte. Please do get in touch with our Customer Service if you need any help with this.

Can I find Bloom & Wild bouquets on Bergamotte?
Bergamotte has its own floral style. However, if you were familiar with our bouquets, you may find a little resemblance to some of the Bergamotte bouquets (look for Philippa & Akiko!). You'll find on their site DIY bouquets (not going through the letterbox, but to assemble yourself), and ready-made bouquets.
Does Bergamotte deliver everywhere in France? What are the delivery options?
Yes, Bergamotte delivers everywhere in France (Corsica included). In Paris, bouquets and plants deliveries are available Monday through Saturday, between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m., in 3-hour slots. Inner suburbs of Paris: deliveries Monday through Saturday between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m.,in 3 hour slots. Everywhere else in France, they are delivering Monday through Saturday between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. For more than 300 large cities such as Marseille, Lyon, Toulouse… Chronopost delivers by appointment between 10am and 10pm, on a 2-hour window (chosen by you). You can place your orders 15 days in advance, and until 4:45 p.m. the day before delivery
Does Bergamotte deliver elsewhere than France?
Bergamotte also offers German delivery. You can go check www.bergamotte.de to discover flower and plant collections available for delivery in Germany
Is Bergamotte's website available in English?
Unfortunately, Bergamotte's website is only available in french at the moment. But you can easily have an english version by using Google's translation widget, which will instantly translate the page for you.
Will I still be able to use the app?
Unfortunately the B&W France app will no longer be available.
How much does delivery cost?
Bergamotte will cover most of your delivery costs in order to offer you a fixed price of 7.90€. Bouquets, plants or accessories : the price will always be the same, wherever you are in France. Moreover, we offer free delivery from 120€ of purchase. for a bouquet or small plant; 8.90€ for a medium plant, and 9.90€ for a large plant. Deliveries by appointment via Chronopost are offered at a single price of € 9.90. In Corsica, the logistics needed to send your bouquet means delivery is slightly higher, at 14.90€
Where are Bergamotte’s flowers from?
In order to offer you flowers of incomparable quality and freshness, Bergamotte selects the best producers in France and Europe. The flowers are grown in accordance with the values of the brand, and in partnership with trusted producers. On each product page, you can find a section that tells you the origin of all the flowers in the selected bouquet.
